Stars of the Industry Nomination Form

All nominations must be from a member property/company for one of their employees and submitted on this form, which must be completed in its entirety. Outside of the organization nomination requests should be sent to the manager of the property for consideration and submission. Nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m., August 11, 2022. Any received after this date and time will not be included.  Recipients will be announced at the Stars of the Industry on September 8.

Sponsors are frequently asked to assist in giving out the departmental recipient awards.  All sponsors will be asked to participate in photo opportunities.
