Upon moving to Las Vegas in 2005, I came to the conclusion that the year-long warm weather is more enjoyable than raking leaves and shoveling snow in KC. I found it to be an easy transition to develop deep roots within the Valley’s Property Management Industry as I settled in as a Regional Property Director until the portfolio sold in 2011.
