What NHLA Membership Means to me

I can still recall my first NHLA event. It was with NRG and it was a philanthropy activity. I was timid and almost cancelled. I didn’t know anyone and while I am not normally shy, I really couldn’t imagine what I would have in common with these industry professionals. I wasn’t even a manager at that point and was so new to my hospitality career. But I went and I loved it!
