NHLA is a Certified Guest Service partner
The American Hotel and Lodging Association’s Educational Institute offers many industry programs and certifications. Last year the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association became the second partner state association in the country to achieve the Certified Guest Service Professional partner designation. NHLA staff executives Diane Gandy and Irving Pamblanco completed the training and successfully passed the comprehensive certification exam.
