NHLA Women in Lodging Leadership Chats

Mark your calendars as the 2019 quarterly Women in Lodging Leadership Chats are scheduled.  These events give members of NHLA Women in Lodging the opportunity to meet female leaders in the industry who have achieved impressive career status and are willing to share tips, successes and challenges in rising to the top.

Chandra Allison

Q1 will feature Chandra Allison, Senior VP of Sales at the Venetian/Palazzo.  Chandra is a well-respected, accomplished professional in resort sales and leadership.  This leadership chat will be held February 20 in the Palazzo Prestige Lounge from 5:30-7:00 p.m.   Register.


Shannon McCallum

On May 23, Shannon McCallum, VP of Hotel Operations, will be our special host at Mandalay Bay.  Shannon is one of the most respected leaders in the industry.  She will share her career journey including tips for success, how to handle challenges and servant leadership.  Don’t miss it!


Jaime Miranda

Our Q3 WIL Leadership Chat will feature our chairperson of the WIL council this year, Jaime Miranda, Executive Director of Hotel Operations for the Venetian/Palazzo on August 15.  Jaime juggles an extremely busy professional life with an unbelievably active family and education advancement life.  Learn how she does it all.

Chris Breed

In Q4 our NHLA board of directors treasurer, Chris Breed, VP of Hotel Operations for Soleil Management, will talk to us about her interesting career in leading hotel chains in both hotel operations and time share management.  She also serves the industry, NHLA and community in many roles.  Sign up to attend this Leadership Chat being held Nov. 6.
