NHLA publishes a semi-monthly online newsletter, the Hospitality Headliner. The newsletter contains news from NHLA regarding members, events, activities and other relevant industry information. If your company has interesting news to share, send it to us for inclusion consideration. New members are automatically on distribution for the Hospitality Headliner.
Continuing education and professional development opportunities
NHLA is partnered with various entities offering member discounts for online and in-class programs include The International School of Hospitality, Dale Carnegie of Nevada, Vegas PBS and Workforce ESL Development.
Master Key Blog
NHLA hosts our Master Key blog and posts weekly. We encourage you to check the blog every Tuesday for new posts. We also invite you to submit a blog post about your company from time to time. The Master Key blog is one of the most visited pages on our website with thousands of monthly page views.
NHLA has strong presence in social media

Join a committee

NHLA Women in Lodging
The NHLA Women in Lodging division consists of professional career women in various positions in our member companies. NHLA WIL supports the mission to promote women’s leadership and professional career advancement within the lodging industry. NHLA WIL also seeks to contribute to business development efforts, including women’s markets. Join WIL.
NHLA hosts a group of young professionals under the age of 36, the Emerging Leaders division of NHLA. The Emerging Leaders group has many activities including seminars, workshops and philanthropic events. Join Emerging Leaders.
Nevada Hotel and Lodging Foundation
The foundation is aligned with the goals and vision of the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association. Our mission is to grant scholarships for NHLA members and their immediate families for education, certifications, and training programs seeking to enter or advance within the hospitality industry. Committees are established and welcome new members. Committees include fundraising, events, education and communication.
We appreciate having our new members join NHLA and look forward to a productive 2020 together.
