The Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) certification is the highest designation in the hospitality industry for exemplary guest services. It is awarded through the American Hotel and Lodging Association Educational Institute.
The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association has scheduled two Certified Guest Service Professional designation classes for those members interested in attending a workshop and taking the exam.
The SNV event will be held on September 16 beginning at 9:00 at the TISOH facility. It will be led by Anthony Lai, Student Affairs Program Manager at The International School of Hospitality (TISOH). Anthony is an accredited instructor and does an excellent job in presenting the workshop and administering the exam. We have consistently had an exceptionally high pass rate for this class.

The NNV CGSP class and exam will take place at the Atlantis in Reno on September 27 starting at 9:00 a.m. Anthony will administer this session, as well.
The exams are sent to the headquarters at the educational institute for grading. Once the results are back to us, participants are notified of the status. The passing students can pick up their certificate and pin at that time and feel very proud of such an impressive accomplishment.
