Upon moving to Las Vegas in 2005, I came to the conclusion that the year-long warm weather is more enjoyable than raking leaves and shoveling snow in KC. I found it to be an easy transition to develop deep roots within the Valley’s Property Management Industry as I settled in as a Regional Property Director until the portfolio sold in 2011.
It was at that time I went back into niche recruiting and have continued my amazing career as the Property Management Division Account Manager for Eastridge Workforce Solutions placing industry professionals from maintenance to leasing to on-site management to RPM’s and various positions at the PM Corporate level.

On a personal note, my life away from “play” (I call it play because I don’t look at work as work I love it so much), is centered on my husband Kevin and our 3 year old Affenpincher “Nellis”. We travel to see as many West Coast and Southwest historic attractions and make memories every day to last a lifetime.
I’ve had the pleasure of making new friends through NHLA and the NSAA and find common interests with these wonderful folks not all that elusive as I feared when I first moved here not knowing a soul.
I continue to support the Kansas City Chiefs and the KC Royals with deep conviction and many times in awe. We make our beautiful home in the Northwest area of the Valley but manage to enjoy every aspect of what Las Vegas offers from entertainment, to dining and all the many outdoor activities.
