Coming up in July at NHLA

NHLA has been dubbed the industry center of events, resources and opportunities over the years.  With the current environment, of course, our in-person events have been temporarily suspended.  They will be back in the future, don’t worry.  We have some great virtual activities coming up in July at NHLA.  Take a look.

Our partner, The International School of Hospitality (TISOH), is hosting an interesting webinar on July 8.  Communicating as an Event Professional During Crisis, a session in their Hospitality Speaker Series, will address tips and guidance for anyone working in a role that has to do with events.  NHLA members are invited to attend free. Register.

Ronna Timpa will host our Q3 WIL Leadership Chat. Ronna is well-known throughout the industry as she has provided ESL training for over 20 years for hotel team members looking to enhance their English skills.  She has been an avid supporter of NHLA, our photographer at dozens of events, and a fantastic ambassador.  Ronna is fun and engaging.  Don’t miss it.

Getting back in the Game

NHLA is hosting four job search guidance sessions over the next few weeks to help our members and friends looking for new opportunities.  The job market is tight and competitive;  learn from professionals in the field on best methods to find openings and secure jobs.
