How are the SOTI winners chosen?

The 9th Annual Stars of the Industry Hospitality Awards Gala (SOTI) will take place on October 17 at Mandalay Bay.  The highly anticipated event brings hundreds of industry leaders and team members together in celebration of the “best of the best” in the industry.  SOTI is the only event of its type where nominees are submitted in each division of a hotel and honored throughout the evening. NHLA has formed a separate entity: The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Foundation. The foundation is aligned with the goals and vision of the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association.
