NHLA welcomes new board member

  We are pleased to welcome Tom Price, Area General Manager for Club de Soleil and Tahiti Resort, to the NHLA board of directors. Tom brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to us and we are looking forward to working with him.

NHLA launches small property committee

  A new committee that addresses the issues relating to small hotel properties throughout our membership has begun. The co-chairs of this committee are Francisco Morales, Director of Operations, National Hospitality Management and Tom Price, Area General Manger for Soleil Management. The committee will meet quarterly to discuss resources, programs, and other important aspects of managing small hotels. We welcome any of our small hotel leaders to join this committee. Contact us if interested.

Earn the prestigious CGSP designation

  NHLA will host a class and exam for members interested in earning their Certified Guest Service Professional designation on February 23. The certification is the highest in the industry for exemplary guest service skills. It will take place at The International School of Hospitality (TISOH). Sign up now.
