Emerging Leaders mentor program is in full swing

Now one month into the program, mentees are working with their mentors and learning a lot. Some are visiting properties and departments, some are meeting with leaders throughout a hotel, and others are learning about advancement in the industry through skill and leadership development. Congratulations, mentees, on taking this important step to enhance your careers. Big thank you to our leaders serving as mentors in taking the time out of their extremely busy schedules for this productive NHLA program.

Behind the Scenes, a popular NHLA program

We began our Behind the Scenes tours last year and they are quite popular. We will continue these for 2023 and are currently looking for venue hosts for Q1. If you are at a property or venue and would like to set up a Behind the Scenes tour of your facilities and services, please contact us. We cap attendance at 30 so these events fill quickly and by looking at social posts, everyone shares their amazing experiences and discoveries far and wide. The tours will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Great way to get the word out about your hotel or venue and meet our fabulous NHLA members.
