  NHLA is hosting our annual Women in Lodging Conference on November 4, 2021 at the Orleans. The conference theme is "Raise your Hand!" and will place a focus on the importance of pursuing career advancement. NHLA technology conference scheduled

  A full day conference at UNLV Black Fire Innovation will take place on December 1, hosted by the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association technology committee. The day will be filled with a tradeshow, educational sessions, and tech demos. A special segment will be the Shark Pool, an activity similar to Shark Tank TV show, hosted by students and vendors. Guest speakers include Dr. Robert Rippee, Executive Director, Black Fire Innovative Hub and Craig Jacobs, VP of IT Services, MGMRI. Special appreciation is extended to Glissner for being our sponsor.   The Shampagne (not a spelling error) and Shop for Success event will be held November 16 and will feature dozens and dozens of items such as clothing, shoes and accessories at rock bottom prices. With the holiday season in full swing, what a great chance to find that perfect outfit or some wonderful stocking stuffers at the Dress for Success boutique. The event will take place at the new Dress for Success boutique located at 2295 South Virginia St, suite 10. It will begin at 5:30 p.m. All NHLA members and guests are invited to attend.
