What's happening in May at NHLA?
		Book Club-What Color is your Parachute - 2021 edition The book club has held its first two sessions. The remaining two will take place May 20 and June 3. Exploring Design Interdependency in Resorts and Hotels Highly experienced professionals from the hospitality industry will meet virtually on May 12 to talk about the importance in considering how design, remodel, renovation and new construction impacts each department and the interdependency involved. NHLA Clean and Green committee meeting The Clean and Green committee members will meet virtually on May 27. The committee is open to any new members wishing to join. This committee focuses on sustainability and housekeeping issues. Legalized marijuana wreaks havoc in no-smoking hotels NHLA member FreshAir Smoking Sensors posted a blog on our Master Key page addressing the challenges hoteliers face with the odor of marijuana in non-smoking rooms.
