Hospitality and Food Service workers eligible for COVID vaccinations

On Thursday of last week, the Governor's office opened up the COVID vaccination eligibility groups to include Hospitality and Restaurant workers. Here is how to make an appointment:

Go to the SNHD COVID vaccination website:

https://covid.southernnevadahealthdistrict.org/vaccine/distribution/. Towards the bottom of the page, select the box for Frontline Commerce and Service Industries. Workers meeting this requirement can register and make an appointment for any of the sites listed. Workers must have proof of employment such as a work badge or pay stub in order to receive their vaccine regardless of whether or not they have an appointment, as well as a photo ID. If no appointments are available, check back frequently as appointments open up on a regular basis based on vaccine availability.

Public gatherings and event update

Effective March 15th, large gatherings of 250 or more (including conferences, conventions and trade shows) may have up to 50% capacity provided that they complete and submit a "Large Gathering COVID-19 Preparedness and Safety Plan Certification Form." Read more.
