NHLA Women in Lodging mentor program begins

  The winter session of the WIL mentor program began last night with several participants. The introduction took place and the pairings will be able to set their own schedules throughout the next 8 weeks. Congratulations to all of the mentees enhancing career knowledge and options. A big thank you to the mentors sharing their expertise and guidance.

Certified Guest Service Professional Class and Exam scheduled

  A Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) virtual class and exam will be offered to NHLA members on March 3. The certification is the highest designation in guest service offered by AHLAEI. Our instructor, Anthony Lai, Student Affairs Program Manager with TISOH, will present the class and administer the online exam. Register now.
