We enjoy holiday treats and slower activities for several weeks at year end. Then we begin our New Year goals - physical fitness and maintaining good health are typically at the top of most lists. Here's a fun and safe way to get started on this goal. Run, jog, or walk 5K in your own time and surroundings and send in your finish picture so we can congratulate you in our social channels for all to celebrate your accomplishment. Medals will be mailed by mid-month to all registered participants to show everyone You Did It! Sign up.

The NHLA board of directors and staff wish all of our members and their families a safe and happy holiday season. We appreciate your support during this past year and look forward to serving you in 2021.
