Do you have your CGSP designation?

  Are you especially skilled in guest service? Do you want to be? Earn the highest certification in guest service in the industry and take the Certified Guest Service Professional workshop and exam. The CGSP designation is through the American Hotel and Lodging Association and recognized worldwide. The workshop will be presented online September 30 followed by the exam. Register.

NHLA presents unique golf tournament

  This year we will be presenting a unique golf tournament format. In observance of social distancing and limited gathering protocols, we have arranged with TPC in Summerlin for individual golf from October 9-31. The NHLA score cards will be kept by the golf course and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded after the conclusion. Winners will be featured in NHLA social media channels. Members can play on your own time, have a great game and a fantastic time and still be participating in a tournament. Register.

Last call to join the new NHLA technology committee

  We have had an excellent response for participation on our new technology committee. The committee is led by Shannon McCallum and Susan Ryan (MGMRI). The NHLA Technology Committee will serve our members by ensuring new industry trends, technologies, current issues, and resources are made available to all of our members. Together the group will organize a 2021 conference, schedule quarterly webinars, demos, videos and podcasts; and provide educational resources for all NHLA members.
