Members are featured regularly and can contribute content about their companies. Submit news to us. Be sure to like/follow us in our social media.

NHLA expands the Board of Directors

  NHLA is pleased to welcome the following new board members:

Greg Tomlinson, the General Manager for Tahiti Village, is a new member of the board and brings several years of hospitality and vacation ownership experience to the board.

Francisco Morales, General Manager with Hilton Garden Inn, Las Vegas Strip, has joined the board. Francisco has been an active NHLA member for several years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the association. His experience in brand management will be helpful for many of our members.

Janine Ganska, Director of Hotel Operations for the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno is a new member of the NHLA board. Based in Northern Nevada, Janine will help guide resources and benefits for our members in that region to ensure specific relevancy.

Nicole Marshall, Regional Manager for Siegel Suites, has been one of our most active and supportive members of NHLA for several years. She brings a diverse hospitality background to the association and a bundle of ideas and energy.

Nevada Hotel and Lodging Foundation scholarships extended

  The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Foundation scholarship program for weekly recipients for AHLA courses has been extended to June 30. Here’s the opportunity for any of our members to apply for a scholarship for a course through AHLA educational institute. Now is the time to enhance industry skills and knowledge. Apply now.

SBA releases PPP Loan Forgiveness Application

  Last week, the Small Business Administration (SBA), in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, released the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Application and detailed instructions for the application. Info here.
