CGSP workshop and exam offered in NNV

The Certified Guest Service Professional designation is the highest honor in the industry reflecting excellent skills in guest service. NHLA in partnership with the Timothy S Y Lam Foundation is pleased to bring this workshop and exam to Reno tomorrow at the Whitney Peak. May 21 Read to Lead summer session begins

The NHLA Women in Lodging Read to Lead book club will begin May 21. Members will meet at the Robert Irvine Public House to begin to read “Dare to Lead” by Brene Brown. Participating members are dynamic women with the goal to rise in the industry through increasing leadership abilities. Each book session consists of 3 meetings at relaxed venues. Fun and productive! Prizes for best costumes, best bowling team, and best bowler along with a fantastic raffle included. Proceeds benefit the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Foundation scholarship program.
