What is TAP?

There's more to running a successful foodservice operation than having the right equipment. It takes people who have been trained in critical areas: Food Safety, Service, and Cooking Basics.

The Training Achievement Program (TAP) is an ongoing series of interactive, multimedia programs designed to provide easy to use, effective and engaging training for all members of your foodservice operation. TAP covers the following key training topics: Food Safety, Back of the House Operations/Cooking Basics, Introduction to Liquor, Legislative/Legal Issues, Management Training, Unit Level Marketing, and Earn More With Service.

How Does It Work?

Each TAP program is conducted in-house using a CD-ROM and your web browser. TAP is not low presentation web site training. You will see and hear live action videos, be engaged with rich graphics, illustrations and animations, and learn through fun, interactive games that continually reinforce your understanding of the subject.

The program will conduct the training, remember where each employee is in the training, track each employee's training history, and provide training score results and post-training handouts.
