Food Safety Certification Program
The ServSafe program is the most recognized food safety-training program and is accepted by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions. More than 2 million professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. The ServSafe examination also has been nationally recognized by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Textbooks and videos are available in English, Spanish and Chinese. $125 Per Person
Fee includes eight hour Certification Course, Book & Exam.
Re-certification ($70.00) fee DOES NOT include Essentials course book. If you are re-certifying, please indicate if you want to purchase a book for study.
Re-takes (a passing grade is 75%) are $35.00. If you are a former student with NHLA and do not pass, you may audit another NHLA public class (based on class space availability) and re-take the exam.
